Our dredging permit with the US Army Corp of Engineers is well underway—a crucial step towards breaking ground on our marina. This permit unlocks the removal of accumulated subsurface material, making way for our future docks. 🚧
After a meticulous two-year review, the USACE completed their assessment and issued a public notice on Dec 20th, marking the countdown to the next phase. Once past this stage, we`re looking at an estimated six months for permit issuance. There`s more to come with the state`s Government Land Office, but we`re optimistic about streamlined progress. 🏗
